糖槭树原产北美洲,所产糖浆称“枫糖”或“槭糖”。槭糖含85%的蔗糖,其余是葡萄糖、果糖。这种糖营养价值高,清香可口,系北美人民为数不多的传统农业产品之一。 1947年,我国庐山植物园在该园园主任陈封怀教授(现任中国科学院华南植物研究所所长)的领导下,从加拿大孟特芮植物园引进糖槭树,并进行了扦插繁殖试验。我所王秋圃同志于1958年从庐山植物园引进糖憾树枝条,进行无性繁殖,获得苗木。1973年开展对北美洲减属产糖种引种驯化的专题研究,先后引入银糖槭(Acer saccharinumL.)、糖槭(A.saccharum March.)、红糖槭(A. rubrum L.)三种,旨在探索糖槭树引入武汉地区
Sugar Maple native North America, the syrup produced by the “maple sugar” or “maple sugar.” Maple sugar contains 85% sucrose, the rest is glucose, fructose. The high nutritional value of sugar, fragrant and delicious, is one of the few people in North America traditional agricultural products. In 1947, Lushan Botanical Garden under the leadership of Professor Chen Fuhuai (now Director of the South China Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences), Lushan Botanical Garden introduced Sugar Maple from Canada’s Meng Te Rui Botanical Garden and conducted cutting propagation experiments. My Wang Pu Wang Pu comrades in 1958 from the Lushan Botanical Garden introduction of sugar regret tree branches, asexual reproduction, access to seedlings. In 1973, we carried out a special study on the introduction and domestication of the reduced-yielding sugar varieties in North America.
