“分层次教学”是从初中各类学生实际出发,组织不同层次的学习活动,使全体学生都能在原有基础上学有所得。它考虑到人的发展过程中存在的个性差异,是实现素质教育的有效措施。为此,在教学中可分层建组,互帮互学;根据不同层次提出不同要求;科学安排教学内容,使每个学生的学习潜能得到最大限度的发挥。
“Self-level teaching” starts from the actual situation of junior high school students and organizes learning activities at different levels so that all students can learn from the original foundation. It takes into account the individual differences in the development process of people and is an effective measure to achieve quality education. To this end, in teaching, students can build teams in groups and help each other learn; make different requirements according to different levels; and arrange teaching content scientifically so that each student’s learning potential is maximized.
