两个月之前,我们做为中央人民广播电台的客人,来到了中华人民共和国。我们受到了电台同志们的极热诚的接待,他们满足了我们所有的要求,使我们在中国看到了想要看的全部东西。中国同志的热情和好客精神,令人永远难忘。在这两个月的访问中,我们会见了各个部门的领导同志,我们也曾和工人、人民公社社员们进行了多次的谈话。在每一个城镇,在工厂和公社里,中国工人、农民所创造的成绩,都使我们感到惊奇。他们正以冲天的干劲,实现着自己的党所提出来的巨大的计划。我们看到的一切事物都使我们相信,“大跃进”不只是一个美丽的、富有诗意的譬喻,而且是伟大人
Two months ago, as guest of the Central People’s Broadcasting Station, we came to the People’s Republic of China. We received an extremely cordial reception from the radio comrades, who met all our requests and enabled us to see everything we wanted in China. The enthusiasm and hospitality of the Chinese comrades are always unforgettable. During the two-month visit, we met with the leading comrades of various departments. We also had many conversations with the workers and people’s communes members. We are amazed at the achievements made by Chinese workers and peasants in every town and factory and commune. They are working with great energy to realize the enormous plan put forth by their own party.
