导言入院前的创伤救治(Prehospital Trauma Care)是指伤员进入医疗单位之前的急救治疗。早在第二次世界大战前的二百年中,就有医生携带药包到现场救治伤病员。近代,面对创伤这一日益严重的社会问题,创伤救治与科研体系在一些发达国已经建立并日趋完善。创伤的处理开始于事故现场的急救与快速转运,直至在医疗单位内治疗的全过程。据统计,严重创伤病人若入院前得不到及时有效的挽救生命和迅速转运,则多于伤后25分钟内死于现场或转运途中。因此,入院前的创伤救治已日益被世界各国所重视。
Introduction Prehospital Trauma Care refers to first aid treatment before the victim enters a medical facility. As early as the two hundred years before the Second World War, some doctors carried the medicine packets to the scene to treat the sick and wounded. In the modern era, in the face of the increasingly serious social problem of trauma, the system of trauma treatment and scientific research has been established and been perfected in some developed countries. Trauma treatment begins with emergency and rapid transit at the accident site until treatment is completed within the medical unit. According to statistics, severe traumatic patients who died before the scene or transshipment within 25 minutes after injury did not receive timely and effective saving of lives and rapid transit before admission. Therefore, pre-admission trauma treatment has been increasingly valued by all countries in the world.
