中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅于2012年4月16日印发的《党政机关公文处理工作条例》(以下简称“新条例”),自同年7月1日起施行,中共中央办公厅于1996年5月3日发布的《中国共产党机关公文处理条例》和国务院于2000年8月24日发布的《国家行政机关公文处理办法》停止执行。新条例总的精神是党政机关公文一体化,这给党政机关日常的公文工作带来了很大方便,受到了普遍欢迎。
