针对大型铝合金件的锻造过程 ,采用实验与计算机模拟相结合的办法 ,分别对锻件内部冶金缺陷的变化及其应变场进行了分析。研究表明 :通过合理设计锻模 ,选择适当的坯料尺寸 ,能有效防止锻件内部冶金缺陷的进一步扩大。计算机模拟分析是准确预测和解释锻造过程内部缺陷变化的可靠手段。
Aiming at the forging process of large aluminum alloy parts, the variation of internal metallurgical defects and the strain field in the forging were analyzed respectively by means of experiment and computer simulation. The research shows that: by reasonably designing the forging die and selecting the proper blank size, the further improvement of the internal metallurgical defects in the forging can be effectively prevented. Computer simulation analysis is a reliable means of accurately forecasting and explaining the change of internal defects in forging process.
