在初中语文课堂教学中开展小组合作教学,是新课程标准倡导的一种新型的教学方式。小组合作的实施,不仅能够有效激发学生的学习兴趣,还能够提高学生的合作交流能力,打造高效的语文课堂,进而使学生达到共同学习、共同进步的教学目的。在新课改的教学要求下,学生正逐渐成为课堂的主人,“以生为本”的教学理念逐渐深入人心。为了打破传统语文教学中“一刀切”、“填鸭式”的教学弊端,迎合新的教学要求,以及为教师提供更多观察学生和评价学生的机会,在语文教学中适时运用小组合作教学法就显得十分有必要。本文以如何更好地在初中语文课堂中开展小组合作教学、打造高效课堂为主要内容,进行相应的教学探究。
