根据华山松（ＰｉｎｕｓａｒｍａｎｄｉＦｒａｎｃｈ）种子加工成开心松子的质量要求，进行了松子保质贮藏技术的研究。将华山松种子好粒率（优良度）、霉变率、哈变率的日均变化率，在相同的贮藏条件下，对不同的包装处理、不同的入库水分级之间的关系进行了保质贮藏技术的研究。通过实验比较、分析证明，食用华山松种子在低温条件下，不同的包装处理保质贮藏存在显著差异。玻璃瓶密封贮藏效果最好，双层塑料袋扎紧包装贮藏效果次之，麻袋扎紧包装贮藏效果最差。
According to the quality requirements of Pinus armandi Franch seeds processed into pistachios, the storage of pine nuts was studied.
