杭白菊主产于浙北杭嘉湖地区,是畅销港、澳、新加坡等地的著名保健饮品,种植历史悠久。主产地桐乡市年种植面积在2600hm~2左右,总产量0.40～0.51万t。长期以来,在生产实践中积累了杭白菊与大小麦、大豆、烟叶连作、间作、套种等多种技术经验,其中小麦茬杭白菊结构年收益较高,菊花品质好、花型大,产量高,一般小麦产量250～300kg/667m~2,杭白菊(干菊)150～170kg/667m~2,年纯收入可达1300～1500元/667m~2。现将小麦茬杭白菊的主要栽培技术介绍如下。
