江苏省太仓县现有4个电影队在17个乡镇、63个放映点巡回放映。今年1至8月份共放映了581场,每场观众平均达到922人次。共上交利润和折旧13,626.77元,占省核定任务的66.4%。预计全年上交利润和折旧可达到23,577元,可超额完成任务14.8%。他们所以能够得到这样的成绩,主要是由于能够适应农村新形势的要求,大力组织观众,扩大放映收入,厉行节约,实行计划管理的结果。他们在工作中应用了如下的一些方法:(一)太仓县在各放映点成立了农村业余电影服务员组织,在各级领导的支持下,紧紧依靠服务员,
