研究了稀土与钛对锌基合抗金在95℃水蒸汽NaCl水溶液中耐晶间腐蚀的作用。结果表明,两种元素皆可提高锌基合金的抗晶间腐蚀能力;稀土与钛的复合加入可大幅度提高抗晶间腐蚀能力,基本上抑制锌基合金的老化现象。
The effect of rare earth and titanium on the intergranular corrosion resistance of zinc-based anti-Au alloy in 95 ℃ water-steam NaCl aqueous solution was studied. The results show that both elements can improve the intergranular corrosion resistance of zinc-based alloys; the addition of rare earth and titanium can greatly improve the intergranular corrosion resistance, and basically inhibit the aging of zinc-based alloys.
