目的:分析探讨Sox-2蛋白表达与宫颈癌病理组织分级及淋巴结转移的相关性。方法:随机选取56例宫颈癌患者的宫颈病理组织(宫颈癌组),同时随机选取56例非宫颈癌患者的宫颈病理组织(非宫颈癌组),对比两组病理组织中Sox-2蛋白表达荧光指数(FI)及Sox-2 mRNA相对表达量的情况,同时对宫颈癌组患者Sox-2蛋白表达水平及Sox-2 mRNA相对表达量与宫颈癌病理组织分级及淋巴结转移数量的相关性进行分析。结果:宫颈癌组患者的FI值及mRNA相对表达量明显高于非宫颈癌组患者,且宫颈癌患者FI表达水平及mRNA相对表达量与宫颈癌病理组织分级及淋巴结转移数量均呈显著的正向相关性。结论:宫颈癌患者病理组织中Sox-2蛋白表达水平明显高于非宫颈癌组,且随着病情的加重,其表达水平逐步升高。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between Sox-2 protein expression and pathological grade and lymph node metastasis in cervical cancer. Methods: Cervical cancer tissues were randomly selected from 56 cases of cervical cancer patients and 56 cases of cervical cancer tissues (non-cervical cancer group) were randomly selected. The expression of Sox-2 protein was compared between the two groups Fluorescence index (FI) and Sox-2 mRNA expression in cervical cancer patients and the correlation between the expression of Sox-2 protein and the relative expression of Sox-2 mRNA and the pathological grade and lymph node metastasis in cervical cancer patients analysis. Results: The expression of FI and mRNA in cervical cancer patients was significantly higher than that in non-cervical cancer patients, and the expression level of FI and the relative expression of mRNA in cervical cancer patients were significantly positive correlated with the pathological grade and lymph node metastasis To the relevance. Conclusion: The expression of Sox-2 protein in cervical cancer patients was significantly higher than that in non-cervical cancer patients. The expression of Sox-2 protein increased with the progression of the disease.
