本文作者对最近进行的有关纤维素、脂肪、热量、维生素A、饮酒等膳食因素与多种部位癌症危险性关系的流行病学研究和动物实验结果作了较为全面的综述和评价。指出今后除需进一步阐明单一膳食因素的致癌作用外,还应加强膳食成分之间以及膳食与其它因素之间的相互作用对癌症危险性影响的研究。
The authors make a comprehensive review and appraisal of recent epidemiological studies and animal experiments on the relationship between dietary factors such as cellulose, fat, calories, vitamin A, alcohol consumption and cancer risk at various sites. Pointed out that in addition to the need to further clarify the carcinogenic effects of a single dietary factors, but also to strengthen the diet composition and the interaction between diet and other factors on the risk of cancer research.
