灵活运用关税制度,促进外贸事业发展普惠制是目前我国外贸企业可以用以增加外贸收入的重要工具之一,但在目前国际贸易保护主义盛行,关税壁垒重重的形势下,如何更充分地运用普惠制便成为一个亟待解决的问题,对此,应从以下两个方面着手进行。(一)、外贸企业应变被动利用普惠制优惠待遇为主动利用。1、在对外磋商及订立合同时订明分享普惠制关税优惠的条款。
Flexibly Applying the Tariff System and Promoting the Development of Foreign Trade GSP is one of the important tools that foreign trade enterprises in our country can use to increase their foreign trade revenue. However, under the current situation of prevailing international trade protectionism and tariff barriers, how to fully utilize GSP has become an urgent issue to be solved, and we should proceed from the following two aspects. (A) Foreign trade enterprises should take the initiative to use the preferential treatment of the GSP for passive utilization. 1, Clarifying the provisions for sharing GSP tariff preferences when negotiating foreign affairs and entering into contracts.
