目前,一些企业思想政治工作需要进一步改进,改进的途径之一就是加强政工干部修养。企业政工干部是党的基本路线的宣传者和贯彻执行者,是企业思想政治工作的管理者和实施者,是搞好企业生产经营及完成各项企业任务的重要保证。因此,政工干部修养的进一步加强,才能更好地为企业服务,才能更好地适应社会的进步和发展。
At present, some enterprises need to further improve their ideological and political work. One of the ways to improve is to step up the training of politicians and cadres.
