对于痢疾杆菌的菌型分析国内各地报道很多,这对追踪传染源,分析传播途径,研究菌群菌型在人群中的分布及变化规律等方面有着重要意义。为了摸清我矿区痢疾菌型变化规律,我科于1984年7月对本矿区痢疾菌型分布情况进行了调查,并与1982年菌型菌群分布情况作了比较,现将结果报告如下。材料与方法一、菌株来源本次所分全部菌株均来自本院肠道门诊患者粪便中,标本性状为脓血便或粘液便。二、分型血清菌型分析所用志贺氏菌属分型血清19种购于长春生物所,批号83—1,失效期85—4,1ml;18种购于北京生物所,批号84—1、失效期86—5,2ml。

Second, the type of sub-type strains of Shigella used by the type of serum 19 were purchased from Changchun Institute of Biology, batch number 83-1, expiry date 85-4,1 ml; 18 were purchased from Beijing Institute of Biology, batch number 84-1 , Expiry date 86-5,2ml.
