目的观察自然条件下盐酸吗啡对石家庄地区优势蝇种肥须亚麻蝇(Parasarcophaga crassipalpis)幼虫发育积温和头咽骨的影响,探讨利用尸源性蝇类头咽骨形态学指征和积温推测尸体死后间隔时间的可行性。方法自然条件下,用含吗啡的兔肉(取自用不同剂量盐酸吗啡注射后处死的兔)饲养肥须亚麻蝇幼虫,每隔12h留取幼虫标本,直至离食期。将幼虫烫死并保存。将实验期间的日均温累加计算积温。体视显微镜下分离出幼虫头咽骨并在光学显微镜下观察、拍照。利用计算机图像分析系统对头咽骨的形态学指征进行测定。结果 (1)自然条件下,盐酸吗啡一定程度上改变了肥须亚麻蝇幼虫的积温和历期。(2)自然条件下,幼虫口钩和咽骨的面积进入三龄期后维持基本恒定,而头咽骨骨化面积和平均光密度均随积温的增加而逐渐增高,直至三龄期结束。幼虫口钩、咽骨的骨化面积和平均光密度达到最大值的积温明显大于二者面积达到最大值的积温。结论自然条件下,盐酸吗啡显著改变了肥须亚麻蝇幼虫发育积温,但肥须亚麻蝇幼虫口钩和咽骨的骨化面积、平均光密度均随积温的增加而增加,呈现良好的线性趋势,并一直维持到三龄期后,它们结合积温可推测死后间隔时间。
Objective To observe the effect of morphine hydrochloride on the accumulation of temperature and head pharyngeal phalanges of Parasarcophaga crassipalpis larvae in Shijiazhuang region and to explore the use of morphological indications and accumulated temperature of the pharyngeal pharyngeal flies After the interval of feasibility. (2) Under natural conditions, the area of larval hook pharynx and pharyngeal bone remained basically constant after the third instar period, whereas the area of ossification and average optical density of pharyngeal pharynx increased gradually with the increase of accumulated temperature until the end of the third instar period. Larval hook mouth, pharyngeal ossification area and the average optical density reached the maximum accumulated temperature was significantly greater than the maximum of both the area accumulated temperature. Conclusion Morphine hydrochloride significantly changed the accumulated temperature of larvae of H. tabaci under natural conditions. However, the ossification area and average optical density of the hook and pharyngeal bone of H. tabaci increased with the increase of accumulated temperature, showing a good linear trend , And has been maintained until the third age, they combined with accumulated temperature can be presumed to be post-mortem interval.
