利用OM、SEM、EM和EDS研究了单钛稳定439不锈钢和Nb-Ti双稳定439不锈钢的析出行为对耐冷凝液腐蚀性能的影响,确定了两种钢中各种析出物的大小、成分、显微结构以及取向关系。对两种钢分别进行了5个周期、10个周期和20个周期的冷凝液腐蚀评价试验,并使用极值分析方法对冷凝液腐蚀试验后样品的最大点蚀深度进行了统计分析。结果表明,双稳定439不锈钢的预测寿命要比单稳定439不锈钢略高。另外,通过对两种钢表面钝化膜化学稳定性的研究,讨论了不同的析出行为对两种不锈钢点腐蚀影响的机制。
The effects of the precipitation behavior of single titanium stabilized 439 stainless steel and Nb-Ti bistable stainless steel 439 on the corrosion resistance of the condensate were investigated by OM, SEM, EM and EDS. The size, composition, Microstructure and orientation. Condensate corrosion evaluation tests were carried out on the two steels at 5 cycles, 10 cycles and 20 cycles respectively. The maximum pitting corrosion depth of the samples after the corrosion test of the condensate was statistically analyzed by using the extreme value analysis method. The results show that the bistable stainless steel 439 life expectancy slightly higher than the single stable 439 stainless steel slightly higher. In addition, through the study of the chemical stability of the passivation film on the two kinds of steel surface, the mechanism of the different precipitation behavior on the corrosion of two kinds of stainless steel is discussed.
