对膀胱壁囊肿误诊为膀胱结石1例分析如下。1病历摘要女,63岁。因右侧腰背部酸痛不适1a,加重1周。由门诊拟右肾积水,右输尿管中段结石,膀胱结石于2011-05-29T12:00收治入院。患者1a前无明显诱因下突然出现右侧腰背部酸痛不适,不伴发热,无明显尿痛,尿急尿频,无肉眼血尿,在当地医院行体外冲击波碎石治疗右输尿管结石3次,症状好转
