教研室是教学工作的基层组织。教研室工作质量的高低直接影响着教学质量。教研室的建设如何适应高等护理教育的需要是值得研究探讨的问题。作者介绍了10年来儿科教研室在教材的编写、实验室的建设、加强临床教学和师资队伍的培养、教学方法的改进、科研工作的开展,以及国际间交往等方面的经验,为教研室的基本建设打下了初步的基础。
