病例报告 患者,女性,53岁。1995年4月在我科行可摘义齿修复,系采用自凝塑胶作基托,戴牙1周后自觉食欲减退、头痛、头晕、全身乏力。自述每日体温在37.4～37.6℃左右,既往无此症状。将义齿摘下后,上述症状逐渐消失。反复试戴,反复发作,因此就诊。 检查:体温37.5℃。摘下局部义齿无固定压痛,边缘粘膜均无红肿现象。邻牙亦未见异常。故拟诊为自凝塑胶过敏所致低热。未用任何药物治疗,而改用甲基丙烯酸甲酯热凝塑胶修复。试戴1周后复诊,上述症状消失,体温正常,未再述其他不
Case report patient, female, 53 years old. April 1995 in our line of removable denture repair, the Department of self-adhesive plastic base, wear a tooth after a week, loss of appetite, headache, dizziness, malaise.
