针对球磨机在不同工况或传动功率下,不合理的轴毂连接方式可能产生的一系列问题,为改善传动品质,对不同的轴毂连接技术进行了综合论述,并对其特点及应用情况进行了归纳总结,提出针对大中型磨机宜采用新型复合轮毂连接方式。实际应用表明,该连接方式提高了轴毂连接同心度精度,消除了轴毂间打滑、窜动等安全隐患,提高了传动的可靠性,节省了维修更换成本,为球磨机的设计提供了借鉴。
Aiming at a series of problems which the ball mill may produce under different conditions or transmission power and the unreasonable hub connection, this paper gives a comprehensive discussion of the different hub connection technologies to improve the transmission quality, and makes a detailed analysis of its characteristics and application In conclusion, it is suggested that a new type of composite wheel hub connection should be adopted for large and medium-sized mill. The practical application shows that the connection method improves the concentricity accuracy of the hub connection, eliminates the potential safety problems such as slipping and shifting between the hubs, increases the reliability of the transmission, saves maintenance and replacement costs, and provides reference for the design of the ball mill.
