教育均衡发展是当今遍及世界的一种全新教育发展观,是教育改革持续关注的“热点”和“难点”。为促进新疆少数民族地区城乡体育的优质均衡发展,研究采用文献资料、问卷调查等方法对城乡中小学生体育行为进行具体调查与分析。结果表明:城乡中小学生落实“每天锻炼1小时”总体情况不容乐观。在体育锻炼强度、时间方面比较,城镇中小学生略胜一筹;两者在体育锻炼场所、内容方面侧重点有所不同。本文针对影响少数民族地区中小学生体育行为因素,提出相关建议。
The balanced development of education is a new concept of education and development all over the world today and is the “hot spot” and the “difficulty” of continuous attention to education reform. In order to promote the balanced and balanced development of urban and rural sports in minority nationality areas of Xinjiang, this study investigates and analyzes the sports behaviors of primary and secondary school students in urban and rural areas through literature and questionnaires. The results show that: the implementation of primary and secondary school students in urban and rural areas “one hour a day exercise,” the overall situation is not optimistic. In terms of intensity and time of physical exercise, primary and secondary school students in urban areas are slightly better than those in urban areas; both have different emphasis on physical exercise places and contents. This article aimed at influencing the elementary and middle school students in the ethnic minorities sports behavior factor, put forward the related suggestion.
