抗癫痫药(AEDs)间的药动学相互作用的研究大多涉及增加一种AEDs.而减少或停用一种AEDs对其它AEDs血浓度的影响极少研究,也无停用一种AEDs期间或以后血浓度连续监测的系统研究.不能设想停和加用一种AEDs的药物动力学相互作用是一样的.肝酶诱导和去诱导的时间过程可能有不同.
Most studies of pharmacokinetic interactions between antiepileptic drugs (AEDs) have involved the addition of an AEDs, whereas the effects of reducing or deactivating one AEDs on the blood levels of other AEDs are rarely studied and there is no discontinuation of one AEDs period or A systematic study of continuous monitoring of blood concentrations in the future can not envisage the same pharmacokinetic interaction between stopping and adding an AEDs. The course of liver enzyme induction and de-induction may differ.
