肠道寄生虫成虫负荷和大便虫卵计数的准确关系,只有在尸剖时收集全部成虫与大便虫卵计数进行比较才能有所了解。临床上用大便虫卵计数法推算成虫负荷和驱虫剂治疗后大便内成虫计数进行比较,可出现差误,肯定是不可靠的。作者在科伦坡对104例暴死的尸体进行上述研究借以核对大便直接涂片镜检的功效和稀释法大便虫卵计数来推算成虫负荷的准确率。104例中男82,女22,年龄为2～85岁,绝大多数死于车祸。此项研究包括大便直接涂片镜检,稀释法大便虫卵
Intestinal parasites adult worms and stool egg count accurate relationship, only in the autopsy collected all adults and stool egg count for comparison to understand.
