以中国西部交通勘察设计综合实力最强的企业之一、国家甲级勘察设计及咨询单位——广西交通规划勘察设计研究院人才培育工作为例,本文紧扣勘察设计单位的特点,从完善培训制度、明确培训职责;内外培训结合、丰富培训手段;突出培训重点、强化培训效果等方面论述了加强勘察设计单位人才培育工作的有效途径和措施,以期对勘察设计单位培育人力资源优势、优化人员结构、形成核心竞争力起到借鉴作用。
Taking the talent cultivation of Guangxi Grade A Survey and Design Institute as one of the enterprises with the most comprehensive strength in traffic survey and design in western China as an example, this paper closely follows the characteristics of survey and design institutes, System, clear training responsibilities; combination of internal and external training, enriching training methods; emphasizing training focus and strengthening training effects, discussed effective ways and measures to strengthen personnel training in survey and design units, with a view to cultivating human resources advantages and optimizing personnel in survey and design units Structure, forming a core competence play a role in reference.
