目的 分析居民的血脂异常发生情况、分布特征及其影响因素,探讨防控对策.方法 由经统一培训的调查员采用询问法进行入户调查,掌握其一般情况、过去一年食物摄人频率及每次食用量,测量研究对象身高、体重、腰围、血压,以及血糖、血脂等生化指标.通过因子分析建立膳食模型,提取主要因子,将因子得分分为三等分(用T1~T3表示)进行Logistics回归分析.结果 本次共调查1 404人,男性618人,女性786人,平均年龄为(51.53±14.16)岁;血脂异常者为372人,占26.50%;Logistics回归分析显示,相对于小学及以下文化水平,其他层次文化水平均是健康的保护因素,豆类饮食模式T2等级相对于T1,甜品饮食模式T3相对于T1,是健康的保护因素;患有糖尿病,超重、肥胖,蛋白质模式T2相对于T1,是健康的危险因素.结论 血脂异常的影响因素众多,良好的生活方式及健康的膳食模式对预防血脂异常意义重大.“,”Objective To study prevalence, distribution characteristic, influence factors of dyslipidemia among the residents and explore the prevention and control countermeasure. Methods An inquiry method was used by the trained investigators to conduct household surveys, to obtain the general situation, the frequency of food intake and the amount of food consumed each time in the past year; the height, weight, waist circumference, blood pressure, blood sugar, blood lipid and other biochemical indicators of the respondents were measured. The dietary model was established by factor analysis, the main factors were extracted, and the factor scores were divided into three equal scores ( expressed by T1-T3) for logistics regression analysis. Results A total of 1404 people ( male 618 and female 786) were investigated with average age of 51. 53 ± 14. 16 years old and 372 of them were found with dyslipidemia ( 26. 50%). Logistics regression analysis showed that compared with primary school and lower education level other levels of culture were protective factors of health, the beans dietary mode T1 relative to the T2 and dessert dietary model T 3 relative to T 1 were protecting factors of health. And the risk factors for health were diabetes, overweight, obesity and protein dietary pattern T2 relative to T 1. Conclusion There are many factors affecting dyslipidemia. Good lifestyle and healthy dietary pattern are great significance in preventing dyslipidemia.
