前言随着造船年产量的不断增加,用氧炔焰切割的钢板数量也在不断递增。但是,用氧炔焰割出的钢板在其边缘上常常粘结着不少残渣,而若不采取有效措施加以清除,则必然会影响下道工序的顺利进行。一般认为应从切割技术本身着手解决。但目前不少工厂仍然需要投入相当多的人工用铁铲进行清除板边残渣的工作。由于这项工作的劳动强度很高,因此就有必要设计一种机床来代替人工从事这项工作。基于这一理由,我厂设计并制造了一台具有一定特色的,采用△-T结构布置及原理的QZ-7型钢板割渣清除机,通过实际使用,证明这一设计是正确的。所谓△-T结构,就是把三根轧辊布置成△形,顶上一根大轧辊,下面并列两根小轧辊,在这两根小轧辊之间布置了一排铣刀,图1是它的示意图。
Preface With the continuous increase of shipbuilding production, the number of steel plates cut by oxyethylene flame is also continuously increasing. However, the steel plate cut with oxy-acetylene flame often sticks a lot of residue on the edge of the plate, and if no effective measures are taken to remove it, it will inevitably affect the smooth operation of the next process. It is generally believed that the cutting technology itself should be addressed. However, at present, many factories still need to invest a considerable amount of manual shovel to remove the work of edge debris. Because of the high labor intensity of this work, it is therefore necessary to design a machine tool to replace this manual work. For this reason, our factory designed and manufactured a QZ-7 type steel plate slag removing machine with certain characteristics and adopting △ -T structural arrangement and principle, which is proved to be correct by actual use. The so-called △ -T structure, is the layout of the three rollers into a △ shape, the top of a large roll, below the two small rolls in parallel, arranged between the two small rolls of a cutter, Figure 1 is its schematic .
