随着市场经济的不断发展,各行各业都在激烈的竞争中使尽浑身解数,谋得生存与发展,建筑行业也同样如此。建筑企业要想在施工能力、施工质量以及技术优势都不相上下的同类企业中脱颖而出,就必须体现出独有的价格优势,以价格低廉却不失高品质、高规格的产品征服顾客,在行业中树立自己的品牌。本文主要探讨建筑企业在工程项目当中的成本管理,并通过分析我国现阶段建筑工程项目成本管理的状况以及存在的一些问题,提出相应的解决对策。
With the continuous development of the market economy, all walks of life have tried their best to survive and develop in the fierce competition. The same applies to the construction industry. Construction enterprises in order to stand on the same level of construction capacity, construction quality and technological superiority, we must reflect the unique price advantage, with low prices without losing the high quality, high standard products to conquer the customer, at Industry to establish their own brand. This article mainly discusses the construction enterprises in the project cost management, and through the analysis of China’s current construction project cost management status and some problems, put forward corresponding solutions.
