加入WTO后中国金融业面临的挑战主要来自目前国内金融市场秩序存在的问题和缺陷,本文从金融市场的主体秩序、交易条件秩序、法制秩序和道德秩序等方面存在的问题进行了认真的剖析,并提出从规范金融市场主体秩序入手,积极稳妥地推进我国利率市场化改造,构建社会主义市场利率体系,加强法制建设和道德建设,形成完善的法制机制;构建以诚信为核心的社会主义金融市场道德体系,切实把握加入WTO给金融业带来的发展契机。
The challenges China’s financial industry faces after its accession to the WTO mainly come from the existing problems and shortcomings in the domestic financial market order.
