我国新的《水路旅客运输规则》已于1996年6月1日正式施行,针对在实际工作中出现的问题,交通部对其中部分条文作出修改和补充,内容如下: 一、第一百二十二条第一款第一项修改为:补票、补收运费、发售联运票手续费,每人每票1元。 二、第一百二十五条修改为:托运的行李每装或卸(包括驳运)客船一次每50千克(不足50千克按50千克计算)收费2元。
