法治建设的好与坏,是衡量一个国家文明程度高低的重要价值尺度。党的十八届四中全会将依法治国纳入到法治建设当中,我国的法治建设已提上日程,这是一次伟大的上层建筑改革。文章就法治建设的必然性、合理性、法治建设的本质内容,以及如何进行法治建设进行探究,希图有利于国家法治建设。
The good and bad construction of the rule of law is an important measure of the level of civilization of a country. The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee will rule the country by law into the construction of the rule of law. The construction of the rule of law in China has been put on the agenda. This is a great superstructure reform. The article probes into the inevitability and rationality of the rule of law construction, the essential content of the rule of law construction, and how to carry out the rule of law construction.
