应用119mSn穆斯堡尔谱考察了Pt-Sn-Al_2O_3体系脱氢催化剂。通过穆斯堡尔参数分析,获得了催化剂制备各步骤锡物类的信息,表明Pt-Sn-Al_2O_3催化剂中有四价、二价和零价锡等多种物类,它们的相对量随铂锡比及制备条件而变化;载体γ-Al_2O_3也对锡的价态有影响。实验还表明在氢气氛下锡的还原作用是通过铂而实现的,催化剂中铂锡合金的出现,支持这样的设想:由络合法制备的Pt-Sn-Al_2O_3催化剂中铂、锡间有着一定的构型,因而具有强烈的相互作用。
The 119mSn Mossbauer spectroscopy was used to investigate the Pt-Sn-Al_2O_3 system dehydrogenation catalyst. Through Mossbauer parameter analysis, information of tin species in each step of catalyst preparation was obtained, indicating that there are many species such as tetravalent, divalent and zero-valent tin in Pt-Sn-Al 2 O 3 catalyst. The relative amounts of Pt-Sn- Tin ratio and preparation conditions; carrier γ-Al_2O_3 also has an influence on the valence state of tin. Experiments also show that the reduction of tin under hydrogen atmosphere is achieved by platinum. The presence of platinum-tin alloy in the catalyst supports the idea that Pt-Sn-Al 2 O 3 catalyst prepared by the complexation method has a certain relationship between platinum and tin Configuration, and therefore has a strong interaction.
