对一个动态特性不易精确辨识的典型化工对象——二元精馏塔的两端产品质量控制的简化解耦进行了模拟研究。结果表明,静态解耦不能达到预期的品质要求,需要附加动态补偿;而动态补偿可以具有简单的超前——滞后——纯滞后形式,甚至一阶滞后环节即可达到满意的动态补偿目的,因而易于用工业模拟式仪表来实现。文中还给出了简化解耦装置静态增益和动态参数的工程整定方法。
This paper simulates the simplified decoupling of product quality control at two ends of a typical chemical object that can not be accurately identified with dynamic characteristics. The results show that the static decoupling can not achieve the expected quality requirements and requires additional dynamic compensation. However, the dynamic compensation can have a simple lead-lag-pure lag form, and even the first-order lag can achieve satisfactory dynamic compensation. Easy to use industrial analog meters to achieve. The paper also gives a method of engineering tuning to simplify the static gain and dynamic parameters of the decoupling device.
