万能工具显微镜作为最常用的测量工具有着其独特的优点,本课题主要是应用Solid Works软件利用拉伸、切除、混合、包覆、渲染等一系列命令的建立的万能工具显微镜各部分零件的模型,然后对万能工具显微镜进行自下而上、由内而外的三维装配建模,分析万能工具显微镜在测量螺纹的中径、螺距、牙型半角的运动情况,而做出运动仿真的运动过程。为了使仿真效果更为直观,在零件的绘制和装配的过程中参阅了许多资料实物,同时在仿真的过程中力求运动的合理。本文的目的是通过仿真,清晰的展现出实验的测量过程,解决实验的不直观性,更加为清晰的得出测量结果。
