许多实验动物肿瘤模型往往出现血脂异常,某些实验组中血脂改变的型式、发生机理以及与肿瘤大小和性质的联系已经明确,它们表明脂类异常的研究对深入了解肿瘤发生及肿瘤与机体的相互作用至为重要。迄今有关人类恶性肿瘤脂蛋白改变的研究尚属罕见。本文报道了25例白血病和淋巴瘤患者血脂成分检测的结果。
Many experimental animal tumor models often have dyslipidemia. The type, mechanism and relationship with the size and nature of the blood lipids in some experimental groups have been clarified. So far, studies on the changes of lipoproteins in human malignant tumors are rare. This article reports the results of the detection of lipid components in 25 patients with leukemia and lymphoma.
