乙醇胺反应包括生成一乙醇胺(MEA)、二乙醇胺(DEA)和三乙醇胺(TEA)三种反应,其动力学方程参数回归涉及多个变量。本文采用Matlab编程,用线性拟合求解MEA生成反应活化能和指前因子,用非线性最小二乘拟合求解DEA和TEA反应的动力学常数,从而得到整个乙醇胺反应的动力学方程,并通过积分动力学方程,得反应物浓度与时间的关系,与试验数据符合较好,说明采用Matlab处理复杂实验数具有优越性。
The ethanolamine reaction includes three reactions: monoethanolamine (MEA), diethanolamine (DEA) and triethanolamine (TEA). The regression of kinetic equation parameters involves several variables. In this paper, Matlab was used to program the MEA to generate the activation energy and the pre-exponential factor using a linear fit. The kinetic constants of the DEA and TEA reactions were solved by a non-linear least-squares fit, and the kinetic equation of the ethanolamine reaction was obtained. Integral kinetic equation, the concentration of reactant with time, in good agreement with the experimental data, indicating the use of Matlab to deal with complex experimental number has the superiority.
