青光眼与白内障都是老年人最常见的眼疾,临床上常遇二种疾病同时存在的情况,在处理这类病员时,何者在先,何者继后,抑或同时进行,仍是一个争议的课题。近年来,随显微手术逐渐开展,白内障摘除术和抗青光眼滤过性手术同时进行的报导日渐增多,(1、2、4、5),并已逐渐为广大眼科工作者所接受,我们自1981年8月一1982年7月共施行了联合手术16例(17只眼)现将疗效及初步体会报导如下: 青光眼合并白内障病人16例中(17只限),女性14例(15只眼)男性2例(2
