Infantile acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and T-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) Invasion of extramedullary lesions, especially the central nervous system (CNS), remains a cause of concern. To determine the TdT immunofluorescence (TdT-IF) method, a 5-year follow-up study of the role of small leukemia CNS violations in patients with or without TdT-positive tumors was performed. TdT is present on immature T and B cells as well as on the nuclear membrane of tumor cells that they derive. All ALL (except rare R-B-ALL) and some T-NHL is
