航天器类产品具有派生型号多、生产批量小等特点,因而存在工艺设计重复工作量大、效率低等问题。研究了基于典型工艺模块化的参数化工艺设计方法。通过合理选择装配单元划分特征,给出了有效的典型装配单元划分及鉴别方案,提出了基于典型工艺应用规划装配流程的方法,并以“天宫一号”热控多层组件制作为实例进行了应用过程分析。在“天宫一号”总装工艺设计过程应用的实际效果证明该方法切实可行,能够提高工艺设计效率。
Spacecraft products have many derivative models, small quantities of production and other characteristics, so there is duplication of work process design, low efficiency and other issues. The parametric process design method based on typical process modularity is studied. Through the reasonable selection of the characteristics of assembly unit division, the effective assembly and identification of typical assembly units are given, and the method of planning assembly process based on typical process application is proposed. Taking “Tiangong One” thermal control multilayer assembly as an example Conducted an application process analysis. The practical effect of the application of “Tiangong 1” assembly process design proves that the method is practical and can improve the efficiency of process design.
