教育是人们议论经久不衰的话题,这是因为它关系到我国现代化的建设、关系到千家万户孩子的成长。同时还因为,我国正在经历一场深刻的革命,经济体制要由计划经济向市场经济转变,不能不引起一系列的社会变革。教育历来都是受社会政治经济所制约的,我国的教育体制是在计划经济条件下形成的,现在经济体制正在转型,教育体制也必然要随之变革。但是,教育作为整个社会系统中的子系统,它具有相对的独立性和凝固性,它的变革需要经过相当一段时间的思索、酝酿和试验,不能一呼而就。
Education is an enduring topic for people to discuss because it relates to the building of our country’s modernization and the growth of tens of thousands of families. At the same time, because our country is experiencing a profound revolution, the economic system needs to be transformed from a planned economy to a market economy and it can not but cause a series of social changes. Education has always been subject to social, political and economic constraints. Our education system is formed under planned economic conditions. Now that the economic system is undergoing transformation, the education system must inevitably change along with it. However, education, as a subsystem of the entire social system, has relative independence and coherence. Its transformation needs considerable thinking, deliberation and experimentation after a period of time, and can not be called forth at a glance.
