绿豆在我国全国各地都有种植,主要产区集中于华北地区、黄淮流域以及我国的东北地区。绿豆具有较高的医疗保健作用,能够有效促进人和动物的生理代谢。近些年来,我国农业种植结构有所调整,这进一步促进了绿豆的生产发展,其作为我国富有特色的农副产品,具有很大的经济价值,对于提高农民收入有很大的帮助。现如今国内的绿豆种植采取的生产模式还是粗放型的,这对于绿豆的产量和品质都无法很好的保证,而且还会降低其经济效益。鉴于此,文章就简要展开对东北地区绿豆种植技术的相关论述。
Mung beans are planted throughout China, with the main producing areas concentrated in North China, the Huang-Huai Valley and the northeast of China. Mung bean has a high health care effect, can effectively promote the physiological metabolism of humans and animals. In recent years, China’s agricultural planting structure has been adjusted, which further promoted the development of mung bean production. As a characteristic farm product in our country, it has great economic value and is of great help to farmers’ income. Nowadays, the mode of production adopted by the domestic mung bean cultivation is still extensive, which can not guarantee the yield and quality of the mung bean well, and will also reduce its economic benefits. In view of this, the article briefly expand the relevant discussion of mung bean cultivation technology in Northeast China.
