“公款吃喝”由来已久,严重损害党和人民政府在群众心目中的形象。2012年年底,中央出台了“八项规定”后,高档餐厅的公款吃喝确实少了许多,其高压态势,在地方持续发酵。但有专家指出,一阵风式的整治不可能一劳永逸,从根本上整治必须要把“公款吃喝的权力”关进“阳光监督”的笼子里。构建刚性制度才是治本之策□近段时间,在中央“八项规定”的高压之下,反对大吃大喝、杜绝公款浪费取得了良好效果。但是,“是不是一阵风”的观望情绪在基层仍有一定市场,“拍一下会不会弹得更高”的“拍皮球担忧”也一定程度存在。这次会不会重蹈“上百个红头文件,管不住公职人员一张嘴”的覆辙。
