目的探讨胱抑素C(CysC)和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的相关性,为临床早期诊断提供实践依据。方法选取我院自2007年3月至2010年5月收治的120例2型糖尿病确诊患者作为研究对象,分为早期DN组和非DN组各60例,同时选取同期健康体检者50例作为对照组,检测3组患者的CysC、Hcy、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)及肌酐(Cr)水平。结果①与对照组比较DN、非DN组CysC、Hcy、HbAlc及Cr水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),且DN较非DN组CysC、Hcy、Cr水平有差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。②CysC与Hcy变量之间呈现显著正相关性(r=0.865,P<0.01;r=0.935,P<0.01),均具有统计学意义。结论胱抑素C(CysC)和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与早期糖尿病肾病(DN)关系密切,可以较早的反应肾功能情况,对临床早期诊断DN提供帮助。
Objective To investigate the correlation between cystatin C (CysC) and homocysteine (Hcy) and early diabetic nephropathy (DN), and to provide a practical basis for early clinical diagnosis. Methods A total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from March 2007 to May 2010 were selected and divided into two groups: early DN group and non-DN group, each with 60 cases. Meanwhile, 50 healthy subjects were selected as control group The levels of CysC, Hcy, HbAlc and creatinine in 3 groups were detected. Results ① Compared with the control group, the levels of CysC, Hcy, HbAlc and Cr in DN and non-DN group were significantly different (P <0.05, P <0.01), and there was statistical difference in the levels of CysC, Hcy and Cr between DN group and DN group Significance (P <0.01). There was a significant positive correlation between CysC and Hcy (r = 0.865, P <0.01; r = 0.935, P <0.01), both of which were statistically significant. Conclusion Cystatin C (CysC) and homocysteine (Hcy) are closely related to early diabetic nephropathy (DN), which may be an early response to renal function and help to diagnose early DN in clinic.
