目的:建立吹扫捕集气相色谱质谱联用法快速测定自来水中28种挥发性有机物,了解某市自来水中挥发性有机物的污染状况。方法:采用吹扫捕集方法对样品进行吹脱、吸附、烘烤、吹扫后,用气相色谱质谱联用仪进行定性定量测定。结果:在本实验条件下,利用气相色谱质谱联用法能快速检测自来水中28种挥发性有机物,方法线性良好,最低检出限0.001~0.01μg/L,回收率85.5%~108.6%,相关系数大于0.996。结论:该方法能同时检测自来水中28种挥发性有机物,简单易操作,精密度较好,结果较满意。
Objective: To establish a rapid determination of 28 volatile organic compounds in tap water by purge and trap gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS / MS) to understand the pollution status of volatile organic compounds in city tap water. Methods: Purge and trap method was used to strip, adsorb, bake and purge samples, and then qualitatively and quantitatively determined by GC / MS. Results: Under the experimental conditions, 28 volatile organic compounds in tap water could be rapidly detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The method showed good linearity with the detection limit of 0.001 ~ 0.01 μg / L and the recovery of 85.5% -108.6%. The correlation coefficient Greater than 0.996. Conclusion: This method can detect 28 kinds of volatile organic compounds in tap water at the same time. It is easy to operate and has good precision. The result is satisfactory.
