广州地铁一号线盾构区间隧道穿过宝华路旁市农工商联合企业开发公司B座商住楼,该楼上部为钢筋混凝土框架结构,层数为10层,其⑨轴三根柱子有七根钢筋混凝土预制桩基侵入到隧道中,为此,在隧道施工前必须对这部分基础进行托换,并拔除侵入桩。
The tunnel section of the Guangzhou Metro Line 1 tunnel passes through the commercial and residential building at Block B of the Agribusiness Development Corporation of Baohua Roadside. The upper part of the building is a reinforced concrete frame structure with 10 floors and seven columns and three pillars. The reinforced concrete precast pile foundation intrudes into the tunnel. For this purpose, the foundation must be underpinned and the invading pile must be removed before the tunnel construction.
