预计东邦钛公司2016财年海绵钛的产量将比2015财年减少7~8%。虽然作为主要需求的飞机用钛量不断增加,但是一部分国外大客户今年转变方针,压缩原材料库存,因此海绵钛的购买量将会受到影响。2015财年国内两个生产基地的平均设备开工率为85%左右,预计将在2016财年降至75~79%。5月在东京召开的2015财年结算说明会上,加贺美和夫总经理表示,2016财年若松分厂(位于北九州市,年产能为15,600吨)的设备开工率计划为85%左右,茅崎分厂(位于神奈川县的茅崎市,年产能为9,600吨)
It is expected that Toho will reduce its production of titanium sponge by 7% to 8% from FY2015 in FY16. Although the amount of titanium used for aircraft as the main demand continues to increase, some large foreign customers have changed their policy this year and compressed raw material inventories, so the purchase of titanium sponge will be affected. The average operating rate of equipment at two manufacturing sites in China in FY2015 is about 85% and is expected to drop to 75-79% in FY16. At the FY 2015 accounting briefing held in Tokyo in May, GM of Kaga Meihuofu indicated that the operating rate of equipment for Waksar branch in FY16 (located in Kitakyushu City with an annual capacity of 15,600 tons) is planned to be around 85% Kawasaki branch (Chigasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture, annual capacity of 9,600 tons)
