“李总别走,我们爱您!”“李总,我们舍不得您!”…………9月5日,齐鲁石化办公楼前人头攒动。得知李安喜总经理要调走的消息后,数千名员工、离退休老同志、职工家属自发前来送行。赴齐鲁石化宣布领导班子调整的中国石化集团公司党组领导傅成玉、戴厚良见证了这感人一幕。在上午召开的齐鲁石化干部大会上,傅成玉宣布任免决定:李安喜调离齐鲁石化赴京任职,凌逸群任齐鲁石化总经理,分公司总经理、党委书记。10时40分,干部大会结束。傅成玉、戴厚良和李安喜等陆续从会议室走出来,守候在外的数千名职工群众纷纷拥上来和李安喜握手道别。从会场到停在台阶下的中巴车只有短短10多米的距离,傅成玉和李安喜却走了近20分钟。
