《通知》并未出台新的重大措施,而主要是再次强调了以往的新开工项目管理要求,所以我们坚持认为,明年固定资产投资增速仅会比今年略有下降,但依然保持在高位。我们维持明年投资增速依然处于较高速度(城镇固定资产投资同比增长24%)的判断。
The Circular did not issue any new major measures. Instead, it mainly emphasized once again the requirements of the management of newly started projects. Therefore, we insisted that the growth rate of investment in fixed assets will only slightly decline next year but remains at a high level. We maintain our view that investment growth will still be at a high level next year (urban fixed asset investment will increase by 24% over the same period of last year).
