Susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI) is an imaging technique that reflects the contrast between the magnetic susceptibility of tissues. SWI is very sensitive to venous structure, blood metabolites and iron deposition. Through SWI and conventional magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) sequence comparison to evaluate its diagnostic value in intracranial vascular malformations. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data retrospective analysis of July 2010 to June 2014 in our hospital confirmed by digital subtraction angiography (DSA) or surgical pathology diagnosis of cerebrovascular malformations in 35 patients, 14 males and ‧ females 21 cases, aged 14 to 64 years old, with an average of 39 years old. Including cavernous hemangioma in 19 cases, 7 cases of venous hemangioma, arteriovenous
